Forwarding-charges
Forwarding charges will be EUR 4.95 per order/adress for goods purchased at Maxlounge. Purchasing more goods at once will not lead to higher forwarding charges.
Orders will only be deliverd in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Delivery adresses outside these countries will not be accepted. There will be no bankcharges.

Payments which are not received within 10 working days after ordering date will be cancelled. Please be so kind as to always mention your orderingnumber at the remittance.
Shipping:
All the goods displayed are on stock. (at this moment the deliverytime is 4 weeks)
Once the payment has been received, shipment will folow within the next 24 hours (please take into account shipment is only possible on workingdays).
Handling Returns
For the handling of returns we have straight guidelines:
Are you not sattisfied with the product because it does not match the product description on our website and the information provided to you?
Than retourning the product will not be an issue and you will receive back your purchased money or you can have a pick out of any of the other products on the website which have the same value.
The same goes for products which are damaged at arrival or products that don’t function correctly at arrival.
Please note that in such cases, we need to be contacted within 3 workingdays.
In all cases you will be asked to return the product to us so we can evaluate the claim.
The mentioned above is not applicable when we reseve demaged returns of which we were not notified up forehand. The same goes for products which are filfty or used.
Return payments will be processed biweekly.
We will treat your purchased product with the upmost care and respect, they will be checked thourughly upfront. In case of any delay you will be informed by email.
